After undergoing rhinoplasty 15-16 years ago (in a rural area), I was considering a revision due to problems such as a collapsed tip, an unclear bridge line and a bulbous tip. Although it wasn't easy to travel from my hometown to Seoul, after seeing the actual results today, I really felt it was worth the trip.
