It was one of my insecurities that I have a flat, small nose whenever I smile and also the tip of my nose was a bit saggy.

Besides, I had a hump on my nose bridge, so I was not generally satisfied with the shape of my nose and that's why I decided to have the rhinoplasty along with the arrow nose correction.
