My nose was low, my nostrils were visible and I had excessive fillers and sutures. The doctor mentioned that I needed an osteotomy because of my wide nose and hump, which made me quite anxious before the operation. However, after the operation I felt no pain and woke up in the recovery room.

When the splint was first removed, my nose looked lifted and I was worried that something had gone wrong. But now, in the second week, the tip of my nose has settled down and looks natural, and people around me say I look better after the operation. I'm happy! I hadn't originally planned to have a forehead fat graft, but during the nose surgery I thought, "Why not try it?" and I don't regret it at all. I highly recommend the combination of nose surgery and forehead fat grafting!
