My nose originally had a lot of fat at the tip, and the bridge was low, which made me so self-conscious that I hated taking selfies. 

But now, I regret all the time I spent worrying about the surgery because I am so satisfied with the results!

Like many others, I went around to different hospitals, but Dr. Kim at Kowon was the only one who took the time and care to pay detailed attention to my case. Since my forehead is low, we discussed an appropriate height for the bridge, and I expressed my concerns about the dorsal osteotomy. He took the initiative to bring up the topic of dorsal osteotomy, unlike other clinics that didn't.
