Hello, this is Dr. Kim Hyung-taek from Kowon Plastic Surgery Clinic.
Today, I’d like to introduce a case of surgery for a patient with a short nasal tip and a slightly crooked nose.
The pre-surgery nose shape was not bad, but from the side view, the nasal tip appeared a bit short.
There was also a slight impression of the nose being tilted to one side, and the patient wished for a slightly higher nasal bridge.
I recommended a subtle enhancement to make the nose more beautiful while maintaining a natural look.
The patient had a mild septal deviation.
We performed a cartilage suspension and support to align the tip and correct the tilt as much as possible.
From the front view, the previously tilted nostrils have returned to a normal position.
You can observe the changes in the nostril position and angle more clearly in this view.
In the 45-degree and side views, you can see that the previously uneven appearance has been smoothed out.
The previously short nasal tip has been lengthened proportionally with a septal extension to achieve a more balanced appearance.
